When PE stretch film is in operation, it exhibits obvious distribution characteristics around it. With the powerful twisting force of the covering material, it retracts, making the product compact and securely bundled together. In this case, even if the product is in an unfavorable environment, there will be no loosening or separation, nor sharp edges or stickiness to avoid damage. With heat applied, it naturally meets the protective requirements for packaging products. The so-called primary protection refers to providing surface protection for the product, forming a very thin protective appearance around the product to achieve dust-proof, oil-proof, moisture-proof, waterproof, and anti-theft purposes. Compared to this product, using stretch film for product packaging under the same conditions can effectively reduce costs; the use of stretch film is only about 15% of that of original cardboard packaging, especially its heat shrink film is about 35% of cardboard packaging and about 50% of cardboard packaging. At the same time, it can reduce workers' labor intensity and improve packaging efficiency and quality.

 

PE stretch film is a protective material widely used in the logistics industry, primarily for packaging various goods. To ensure effective use, it is essential to check the quality of PE stretch film and control its temperature during this process to maintain stability on the production line. There are some precautions when using it. For example, to ensure consistent film formation and stable tension, it should be kept below 10kg to avoid performance degradation such as elongation leading to film breakage. During the production of PE stretch film, as the temperature of the cooling rollers increases, yield strength increases but may lead to a reduction in other functions. The temperature for processing films should be between 20℃ and 30℃. Since PE stretch film is currently made of plastic with good stability, we need to place it in a more suitable environment to ensure product quality and bring significant benefits. It mainly determines packaging costs and performance requirements based on the allowable number of microorganisms per unit volume or surface area. PE stretch film is particularly suitable for packaging products that are very sensitive to microbial spoilage; the key is to identify the types of microorganisms and their growth patterns.
